通常说离别让人难以承受 大概当习惯了一种生活 突然的改变会变得唐突而不知所措

星期三去看了医生 一直不想写出来 因为我没有问题 只是不懂得自己调节致使焦虑

其实也不是焦虑 是庸人自扰

好像人就是这么奇怪 自己说可以就可以 说不行就真的不行

 

爸爸介绍说田园是目前音疗效果比较好的 有缓解紧张的作用

再一次感叹贝多芬的伟大 惭愧自己以前竟然没有发现它的美好 而在嘲笑那一群群的小鹿奔跑的很尴尬

不是俗气的只欣赏卡拉扬 他的日尔曼血统最适合贝多芬

 

我没有焦虑 我没有问题
